Creekside receives limited funding from the state as a result of the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF), which was fully implemented in 2018–19. Creekside relies on family donations to support many of our programs that make our school exceptional. Your donation directly supports all of our students and their educational experience.
The registration ask of $695 per student has supported the following programs:
- Support Staff (Paraeducators and Instructional Assistants) reducing the student-to-teacher ratio from 26:1 to 20:1 on average.
- STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) Room and Instructor
- Reading Specialist
- Art Instructor
- Librarian
- Vocal Music Instructor
- Instructional Resources
- Classroom Supplies (you don't need to purchase school supplies for your child, supplies are provided to ALL students through this fund!)
Your company may have a corporate matching program. Companies usually match donations at a 1:1 ratio, but some will match at a 2:1, 3:1, or even a 4:1 ratio. Check if your employer has a matching program here:

Additional Benefits of Donation:
- Tax Deductible
- Options for donation in installments
The Creekside Comet Education Fund is a volunteer, non-profit organization that raises funds to provide additional academic, social-emotional, art, and music resources to every Creekside student, with the goal of maximizing their individual educational experience.
