PTA Kidchella Carnival - Wristband Package

PRESALE:

Unlimited Play Wristband + 5 concession tickets
Wristbands are good for game booths, inflatables and petting zoo ONLY.

Concession tickets are good for Popcorn Booth, Nacho Bar, Coffee Bar and items from the Snack Shack.
Concession tickets can also be used at the gem and tattoo booth, candy walk, and the pie eating contest.
No cash exchange at any Creekside sponsored booths. (Additional concession tickets may be purchased at the event.)

Presale Cost:

$30 for PTA Members
$35 for Non-PTA Members

PRESALE ends on Saturday, April 25th at 5pm
*Presale wristbands can be picked up during the following times:

Wednesday, 4/22 @ 8:00am on the kindergarten playground
Friday, 4/24 @ 2:15pm at the flag pole
Upon arrival on Sunday

Wristband package will NOT be sold the day of the Carnival. NO PTA Member discounts at the gate.
If you prefer to pay by check to avoid fees, checks (payable to Creekside PTA) must be received in the school office no later than Thursday, April 23rd by 2:30pm.

Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE and will be labeled with Student/Child name as indicated in the fields below.

By purchasing, you agree to the PTA Participant Waiver. All attendees regardless of age must be listed. Read and complete the form below before checking out.

To get the member price, please sign in with the SAME E-MAIL address used during Registration or when PTA Membership was purchased. PTA Member pricing will be reflected in your cart at checkout. Add membership to your cart and still get the discount.
