Please submit your request at least 2 weeks before your student's birthday. This is to allow the Comet Ed Fund and the Creekside Office Staff to process the request. 

If you have a birthday coming up within 2 weeks, please send an email to the Creekside Office Staff and to the Comet Ed Fund (ashade@srvusd.net, kramsey@srvusd.net, creekside.edfundfundraising@srvef.org, creekside.edfundtreasurer@srvef.org) for last-minute processing.
